    Pros

    Strong program and technical resources.

    Cons

Senior management does not appear to have a plan or the ability to grow and develop the organization. Financial results in comparison to comparable firms is telling. WFIS is not a true competitor in the space they want occupy. Cross sell opportunities with the bank, advisors etc. vary dramatically from region to region and office to office.

    Advice to Management

Acquire or be acquired by a larger competitor or a strong regional (Lockton) and allow their management to assume control.

    Pros

Great company reputation, comprehensive training, benefits for part-time employees, and fairly flexible schedule.

    Cons

So sales driven; forced to speak from a script ("Welcome to Wells Fargo!" and "Have I satisfied all of your banking needs today?" to every customer); performance based on number of customer referrals, not based on customer satisfaction; very limited advancement opportunities from retail to corporate

    Advice to Management

More respect should be given to the front line. Tellers are not robots! People come into the bank to speak with a human, not a machine.
