I worked at Wells Fargo

Pros

Great place to learn about products and systems a retail bank offers.

Cons

Learning to deal with stubborn customers.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look for ways to flatten the structure of the company. I felt very disconnected from everyone outside of my branch.

    I worked at Wells Fargo

    Pros

Very intelligent, friendly management team, with enjoyable co-workers. Lots of room for advancement within the branch with hard work.

    Cons

Difficult to get computer problems solved in a timely manner, waited almost a week just to have systems access.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make more time for face to face conversations, which are occasionally easier to get your point across then via teleconference or lync systems.
