I have been working at Wells Fargo part-time

Pros

Job security is good as long as you meet their sales goals. There is opportunity to grow for hard working people. Also, co-workers and supervisors are for most part nice and helpful.

Cons

Salary and incentive compensation are ridiculously low for their expectations. Very high sales goals and pressure from management to achieve them. It can be very challanging at times.

    Pros

    Benefits, Holidays and Sick Leave.

    Cons

Solutions, Solutions.... Customers are treated like a number. We were told to see how many checking accounts we can sign them up for.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Can be great with the right management team. Company vision and values are solid and followed most of the time. Extremely customer oriented focus. The company is focused on promoting team members that perform well.

    Cons

Sales pressure is more intense than any other bank. Top performers are leaned on by management to carry the team. Some management teams can try to push you into unethical behavior due to sales drive and the fact that the goals haven't moved but they have taken away credit for many different sales solutions over the past few years making the goals that much harder to hit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lower sales goals/pressure if you're going to take away so much of what counts toward them.
