Pros

Learn great customer service skills
Learn how not to manage people
How to push people into getting products and debt that they dont need
Looks good on resume

Cons

scheduling was always late never knew what I was going to work for the next week.

Advice to Management

Dont push your employees so hard because as a customer you would not want to go get money out in a hurry and be entertained with someone trying to sell you a loan you dont need!!!!

    Pros

    Respectable amount of vacation days

    Cons

Talented individuals are a threat to less talented management team. Watch out you can be easily stuck in a low paid minimal skill position. Please do not say you are glad to have a job. That is automatic logic. No brainer! Don't cheat yourself. Challenge the inability to have a shot at positions that fits your skill set. Management support is few and far in between. (Wisconsin)

    Advice to Management

My advise would be to take a moment and ask yourself, do you have the best and bright in management or maybe the most deserved? Or ask the question, is it important to have the best and brightest in stop the mortgage bleeding aspect of the business. I do not know maybe the management model that exists is desired.
