I have been working at Wells Fargo

Pros

Laid back culture, ability to work remotely and take time off when necessary. low stress environment

Cons

Selection process is not very selective. You get a mix of intelligent workers, and not so intelligent. Company structure is not centralized, lots of redundancy in work.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees who perform better than others should be paid accordingly.

I have been working at Wells Fargo

    Pros

Its a job in a down market so steady income is never bad

    Cons

    No opportunity to grow laterally
If your manager finds out you applied for another job internally he will contact the new manager and say he is understaffed and cant afford to lose you. Maybe if you paid people decent $ they wouldn't be so ready to jump ship
