    Pros

Its a job in a down market so steady income is never bad

    Cons

    No opportunity to grow laterally
If your manager finds out you applied for another job internally he will contact the new manager and say he is understaffed and cant afford to lose you. Maybe if you paid people decent $ they wouldn't be so ready to jump ship

    I worked at Wells Fargo

    Pros

wells fargo offers great benefits, and has an amazing paid time off allocation - 5 weeks a year! it also has great discounts on banking products.

    Cons

wells fargo is corporate america. it is large, slow to make decisions, fraught with poor communication, mediocre middle management, and burdened with lots of public and financial sector reporting requirements.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

get your act together. value those in your organization that want to lead, and get out of their way! listen to new ideas, embrace change, do the hard work of doing things right. trust those you've put in positions of responsibility.
