“Not Perfect, but a great place to start out.”
Former Employee – worked at Wells Fargo
Pros – Great atmosphere among assigned workgroup. Very fast paced; no two days ever really the same. I greatly enjoyed working with assigned account base. The health benefits are great and really affordable. PTO plan is one of the best I've ever seen. Monthly one-on-one reviews with supervisor were very helpful.
Cons – A lot of good ideas often tanked due to poor execution. Poor communication and interactions between customer service teams and other departments. Too many accounts for each account manager.
Advice to Senior Management – Lower the account to AM ratio. Standardize call standards for all AMs. Encourage more communication and cooperation between AM Teams.
