I have been working at Wells Fargo

    Pros

Good pay, allow days off when needed, good schedule for now but that will change, internet for down time, good people to work with.

    Cons

Will be extending hours, expect you to work even when at home, no ability to hit incentives. Regional and district managers set out of this world goals.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Relax a little, realize that it is your fault that the economy is garbage, and stop pushing bankers to sell variable rate loans again.

I have been working at Wells Fargo

    Pros

Starting pay is alright but not the best.
    Work around your schedule.
Benefits a very reasonable and begin after a month of employment.

    Cons

Expected to put in your time before you move up. Even if you go above and beyond what is expected of you.
If you have a degree try and become a banker first not a teller.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Let people know that there are other entry level opportunities besides a teller position during the interview process. Especially if the candidate has a college degree.
