Wells Fargo – “Great Place!”

Pros

Wells Fargo's approach to banking is a very conservative one. I would recommend that anyone that wants to start their career in finance should try any banking institution to gain experience.

Cons

From the look of it, the only downside to working in retail is the angry customers. I say no matter where you go, its impossible to get away from them especially in retail.

Advice to Senior Management

The leadership in Wells Fargo is excellent. I know that each store can vary depending on your location, but on average this its superior to other institutions.
