Better culture than most investment banks. Lots of good people to learn from and a great place to be if you're not all that fond of the NY-lifestyle, although if you are that is still a possibility.

Cons

You're working for a big wholesale bank so the deal flow you'll see as analyst is always geared towards transactions that come about as a result of Wells enormous balance sheet.
