I have been working at Wells Fargo

    Pros

Good benefits. Just about ends there.

    Cons

Widget sales. Micro management. Punishment for not meeting goals. Treated like you are dumb. Unreasonable sales goals. Absolutely ridiculous sales plan. Terrible rates on loans and savings items. All hands on deck Saturdays on a whim. Management does not care about employees or customers. Terrible customer service. Please leave your brain at the door and follow our scripts way of doing things.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Cut the widget sales. Not everyone fits into your little box. Also I am more than a stupid number. Quit micro managing everything. If you think I am too stupid to do the job, then don't hire me. Your punishment is terrible for moral. It is difficult to find anyone not looking elsewhere for employment. You will lose the brightest and best employees if you don't make changes.
