Pros

the name wells carries respect with it you are recognised as the real thing as apposed to coming fron a local no name brokerage

Cons

in the company itselft much improvment could be made to how they treat their employees pay could be better and threats are not a motivator

Advice to ManagementAdvice

work with employees as a team not with the god complex currently in place when you are happy and respected you are content

    Pros

Benefits, flexibility and the opportunity to grow personally and professionally. Wells Fargo really tries to help you reach your goals.

    Cons

Wells Fargo can be confining at times. People are not always happy when they come to work and it can rub off on you. This could be working anywhere though.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Slow down and let employees try and manage themselves instead of trying to micromanage every little thing.
