I have been working at Wells Fargo

    Pros

Sideward mobility if a dept is downsized. So many different positions to apply for. Its a company that has so much more potential only if they can put true leaders in the management roles.

    Cons

First and foremost......management! There is such a HUGE disconnect in leadership, process and flow. Just add "specialize in passing the buck" and "majored in deflection and avoidance" to your resume for a sure management role in this company.
    Second- Benefits are subpar.
Last but not least...grammar on phone calls and in emails needs a serious overhaul. I wont have enough room to go into depth, but its time to add hooked on phonics to the employee discount page.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

This advice is to Senior Management. Send out anonymous surveys for employees to give feedback on immediate supervisors and managers. I guarantee the results will be truly eye opening. Also, create and disperse a supervised, departmental knowledge test for managers and supervisors.
