The benefits are great and WF cares about the community.

Cons

Like any organization, you have to be in th in-crowd to get the good positions. The sales pressure is too immense it rives some employees overboeard in many ways.

Micro management does not work in all levels,

    Pros

    The benefits and market penetration/reputation of the Bank compared to others.

    Cons

    highly competitive. If you're not a top producer you should get used to being invisible to management.

    Management needs to get away from only managing by the numbers.

    Pros

    Survived the Great Recession and they advoacate prmotion fom within the company.

    Cons

    CFO just stepped down for no apparent reason and with regard to investor relations, they do not answer questions sufficiently. Display somewhat of a condescending attitude.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work and retain talent!
