I have been working at Wells Fargo

    Pros

Its previous leadership team has established a solid foundation for the company.

    Cons

Its current leadership team is not nearly as strong. Additionally, Wells Fargo is very weak in HR management, Technology Management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the TIG leadership team and replace them with people who have common sense and management skills. TIG is becoming the root of all problems for Wells Fargo. Our current CIO is not going to succeed - replace her and her direct reports.

    I worked at Wells Fargo

    Pros

One of the survivors of the banking consolidation. Wide range of products & sales oriented culture.

    Cons

Push products to survive on the consumer whether they need the product or not. Collect those fees to fatten the bottom line.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lighten up on the product pushing, but this will not help the bottom line. All these banks present this facade that we are here to help you, but in reality we are here to push as many products as possible on you & collect the maximum amount of fees from the consumer.
