I have been working at Wells Fargo

    Pros

Good company to have on a resume, good benefits that get better with time (reason to stay longer with the company)

    Cons

Disconnect between business lines, poor training, work hours can vary from person to person (same job title), slow with promotions

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put more responsibility on business line managers for team member training. Pay more attention to new hires explaining how the company works.
