Pros – Welocalize is full of talented and committed people focussed on making the company the best it can be which is very inspiring.

The company takes its values of global teamwork, customer service, quality and innovation seriously and the leadership team is genuinely committed to, and investing in, achieving a global healthy culture where trust, honest and direct communication and accountability are the ultimate goals.

There are opportunities for career development for those who are prepared to work hard and who possess the right attitude as the company is fast moving and fast growing.

Other plus points:- informal working environment; good social events; lively culture; innovative thinking encouraged.

Definitely the best company I’ve ever worked for.

Cons – You will need to be able to embrace change.
