“I have always loved my job at Wendys”
Current Employee – been working at Wendy's part-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Benifits, family feel and always ways to improve your life.
Cons – Some of the drama that goes on between employees
Advice to Senior Management – More manager meetings with upper leval advice as what to make working together as teams.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
