Pros

This was a very easy job. The hours are quite flexible as well.

Cons

Sometimes you have to look busy when there is absolutely nothing to be done. You get pretty greasy by the end of your shift.

Advice to Senior Management

Great job. I liked how they worked around my schedule. They also treated everyone very fair. If you worked very hard and busted your ass, you got an easier more laid back position.
