    Pros

    Easy job, no major responsibility, good if you are in highschool or a college student. No major stress

    Cons

    Repetitive, you something deal with angry customers.

    I have been working at Wendy's part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    You get flexible hours. It's great for a first time job. Meeting new people is a plus, you'll constantly have new coworkers because people quit and apply regularly. If you're shy, this helps you come out of your shell by having to interact with customers. You gain customer service experience which is a plus if you want to go into retail or something that deals with customers.

    Cons

    It's a stressful job, especially if you're on drive thru, because the customers will come all at once and it'd be like an hour long rush. A lot of the times you'll be stuck on the same position for months and it's not fun being on the same position, it gets boring. It gets annoying when you've been there for a while and there are new people and management doesn't train them so they don't know what to do or there's not enough product on line. Some customers also treat you like they're better than you just because they don't work at a fast food joint.

    Switch up the positions and train your employees the right way!
