I have been working at Wendy's part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

They hire all ages, pay minimum wage.

    Cons

Wendy's Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, NC: 25 Management people. Managers immature. Managers gossip and encourage pettyness with hourly employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The job of Management in any organization is to nurture and mentor their employees. Instead the managers at this facility chose to lower themselves to "school girl" status by gossiping, backstabbing, trashing and promoting petty scarcasm about a young first time employee. THe managers had the chance to make this new employee into a viable part of the organization but chose to jump on the band wagon and criticize and belittle a new employee at every turn. Instead of insisting the employees do their job and pay attention to what they were doing, they encouraged them to jump all over the new employee at every turn. BAD BAD MANAGEMENT-INSECURE, IMMATURE AND SAD.
