    I worked at Wendy's full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

I was hired in above minimum wage. Raises every 6 months. Chances to move up.

    Cons

Night shift had to pick up a lot of slack because day shift would leave things dirty and unstocked, typical to any restaurant.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The only thing I can comment on is the distribution of duties. In my experience night shift workers had much more responsibilities than day shift workers. I worked both shifts and it seemed the general attitude for day shift workers was that if they didn't get to something before it was their scheduled time to leave that it was fine because night shift was there to do it, even with simple tasks that wouldn't take much time to do. Night shift workers didn't get to do that. If you closed, you didn't leave the store until everything was cleaned and stocked.
