    Pros

    Lots of movement.
    Easy to get employed.

    Cons

Most "promotions" are lateral movements, so don't expect to move up.
Production driven, with little care for efficiency

I have been working at Werner Enterprises full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I got a brand new 2015 freightliner cascadia with only 18 miles on it shortly after I finished my training period and my trainer was the best.

    Cons

a normal day was spent: sitting waiting to get a load all day, then when I did receive a load, it would already be late to be picked up, after spending 1-3 hours finding an empty trailer, I would then either have to have maintence done or registration updated. roadside breakdown was laughable. they were constantly offering me a dedicated route promising me xxxx money, then pull me off that do something else without even telling me. two weeks in a row, my check was for $0.00 because they couldn't keep a load under me
