Pros

Training is where you will find the money at Werner because you get paid for every mile your student drives in addition to your own driving. So basically you are receiving the pay of a team all for yourself while Werner pays your student a separate small weekly salary.

Cons

If you just want to run single I would suggest looking elsewhere. Almost anyone else will offer you better pay and miles because Werner favors their training teams over everyone else. Benefits are comparable to everyone else.

Advice to Senior Management

Please improve the response times of the driver support staff, especially over the weekend. Your drivers are out there 24/7. It gets old hearing about "short staffing" all the time.
