Wesco Aircraft Hardware – “Meh”

Pros

Location is right outside LA and more affordable to live at if you have a family to support
Company is acquiring another company which hopefully means more job security in the long run
Structure is in place to make sure rules apply to all

Cons

Management is incredibly incompetent
Management acts like its unwilling to lift a finger and do work
Pay could be better
HR is incredibly strict and hard to communicate with
Although structure is good they sometimes have too much of it
Need to diversify their business a little more, especially with this economy it seems like they have all of their eggs in one basket

Advice to Senior Management

Make yourself approachable and at the bare minimum appear to do some work
