company does not seem to want to move forward fast enough. A lot of promises, but very little delivered both for staff and in terms of competitiveness. The salaries on offer were not on par with the industry either, and with me they did not seem to want to try harder to match it.

Advice to Senior Management

Be more proactive in ensuring the company leads the market. This includes implementing initiatives, listening to and actioning employee suggestions and finally, keep up with the salary scales in the industry.
