West Corporation – “It was an ok job for the time being. I did not plan on working there for to long.”

Pros

They are a very relaxed enviornment in the building I worked in. downstairs you could wear whatever you like and upstairs was business casual. The job was not a phone job and you didnt have calls in que constantly on the phone. You are expected to take calls from the at home agents asking questions mostly about troubleshooting how to get the systems to work.

Cons

There was no training I was threw into the job and expected to work in a regular volume my second day on the job. There always seems to be a problem the systems always down or updating. You are the first line of defense for ppl who dont want to deal with the at home reps you are the face for them.

Advice to Senior Management

Get a objective and clear focus on what it is you would like for a pal to do it seems like you want a pal to just do all task assigned. The position needs alot more structure and a training class on the job would be nice.
