Fun and valuable work

Recreation Specialist (Current Employee)
Franklin Park, IL

ProsWonderful children and adults to work with. You really know that you're making a valuable difference in the lives of others.

ConsWorking the swimming programs, especially in the winter is definitely not the most pleasant experience ever but luckily you can control what you sign up for

Advice to Senior ManagementIt would certainly be helpful to know some of the other staff members better during programs although it's hard with the large number of employees.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Pros: There is flexible scheduling, and the programs you can work are diverse.… Cons: Low pay, some coworkers are less motivated and more negative than others. … Advice to Senior Management: Be open to RL feedback about 3:1 or 4:1 group selection. Choose these… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
