I have been working at West Texas A&M University part-time for more than a year

Pros – Fair, reasonable when there are problems, understanding, efficient, helpful, organized, clean, friendly, open, functional, close to home, college atmosphere, not much stress

Cons – Sometimes management doesn't think of employees needs, can be somewhat unfair is distribution of pay and wage, Can have too high of expectations but yet be too leniant

Advice to Senior Management – Get to know lower employees and their thoughts and opinions
