Needs work

ProsBenifits, job stability and good co workers

ConsThe state salary sucks! There is alot of turn over and most of the turn over goes back to the salary offered.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf you want to have better retention then you need to increase the salary.

    Pay the people that work there.

    Corrections Officer (Current Employee)

    I have been working at West Virginia Division of Corrections full-time for more than 8 years


    Pros: I have a hard time thinking of anything besides its… Cons: The state workers need paid better with better insurance. It's not hardly worth getting up everyday… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
