Pros

The staff they manage to bring on may begood at their jobs. Too bad they are beaten down over time and cease to care about their jobs or their patients.

Cons

There is very little to recommend WVUH-East. Both in Martinsburg and in Ranson. The leadership is a joke. Its not about what you know, it's who you know. You are asked to provide your best, which many do, with little in return. No pay raise, no performance raise. No one in a position of management or leadership can really be called a leader, despite the fact they've taken "classes" to "learn" to be good managers.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop thinking about your own career goals and start doing what right for the organization. Infighting will get you no where fast. Better yet, resign and let them put someone better in your place.
