I have been working at West Virginia University full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

the town is a college town with nice people around. life is cheap here and school is getting better every year.
Graduate student salaries are better compare to some larger cities school as I know.

    Cons

Transportation system, you need to have a car if you like to have a good life here,
during summer it's not much going on in the town since all the students leave and population will get less than half.
