“good place to work but must leave and come back in order to get a pay rase.”
I have been working at Western Carolina University
Pros – great location with good down to earth people that are willing to help each other.
Cons – the pay is low for in the UNC system and hard to get a promotion if you are a current employee
Advice to Senior Management – look to advance your internal staff before you hire someone outside that is not use to the environnent.
