Pros

If you have a great regional you will be motivated to work hard. Depending on the job you are there to do, it can be a fun job. You are always learning new things, and meeting interesting people.

Cons

If you don't have the support from your regional it can make your job difficult. It is hard to be with your family. You will be moved around from office to office as a manager and can be further and further away from your home. They don't pay for gas or milage if you are moved to a different office. They change regionals in your area as well, and with different regionals you are always having to prove yourself all over again, and isn't always fair when you are use to a person and work well with them. Make sure you get your time off approved ahead of time because if regionals change the new one won't approve it if someone else did, or sometimes make you feel bad about you taking time off with notice. You only get one saturday off a month.

Advice to Senior Management

Make sure you are always on time, work hard, and just follow direction if you want to advance with this company.
