If you have a decent boss then it is good, if not, then move on.

Senior Principal Engineer (Former Employee) Irvine, CA

ProsThe pay was good with minimal day to day management interference and you can be self directed to meet your goals.

ConsThe constantly changing schedules. Constantly trying to offshore the work to Malaysia and Thailand and having you train them to do "your" job.

Advice to Senior ManagementThey're too busy playing politics to listen to the little folks. For a start, I'm glad they took down the "Beavis" puppet they used to hang outside of a managers office, which implied he was a "Butthead" for something he did. That's a nice environment, eh?
