    Pros

    Competitive salaries.
    Lots of people.
    Southern California location.'
    Near places to eat.

    Cons

Every manager is required to give bad reviews to 20% of their people regardless of performance. This is similar to Microsoft's "stacking" policy. The result is the new guy is usually the sacrificial lamb.
    Tribal warfare among "cultures".
    No pay increase unless promoted.
    No guidance from managers.
Think East Germany before the fall of the wall. That's the work environment.
When a manager decides you've got to go, they will slowly take away your equipment (scopes, analyzers, PC) until your bench is empty or someone else is sitting there. :D

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hang on to rotating media as long as you can. As soon as flash catches up, bye bye.
