Pros

The ESPP has been phenomenal. Most people are locked in at $10 and the stock is trading at about $40.

Cons

There are long hours and working on the weekends is a necessity. Very rarely are people promotoed. There have been very competent people working for 15+ years and still haven't been promoted.

Advice to Senior Management

Employees need to be recognized. Promote them, give them salary increases, take them out to lunch. HR is non-existant at WDC. I have no idea what they are doing. They aren't making WDC a better place.
