I have been working at Western Federal Credit Union full-time

    Pros

    Awesome benefits, but slowly declining.

    Cons

HR is terrible, takes way to long to fill a position that is greatly needed. Leadership of management is hopeless. Company really doesn't care of the security of the branch and safety of it's employees. Very disconnected on what needs to happen in the company, turnover ratio on the rise.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire some people if you have 50 qualified individuals that apply for a position, hire one!

I worked at Western Federal Credit Union full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Benefits are good. Coworkers are willing to help each other. There are activities that try to boost employee moral. Pay is OK.

    Cons

Too many projects going on at once. Lack of project planning or change in planning at the last minute. When there are too many projects going on, employee professional development suffers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Slow down on the projects and include the people who do the work in order to get a sense of what it takes to get it right.
