Not a Great Place to Work

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsWork from home; save gas

ConsConstant, disorganized change
-Poor internal communication
-Fear-based micromanagement
-Mentors held to metrics that are based on student behavior.
-Work week is MUCH longer than 40 hours.
-No change management; changes at any level, in any system, result in increased workload on already overworked staff

Advice to Senior Management-Drop the call center, sales force mentality and respect your employees as the professionals that you required for the positions.
-Control and manage growth so that employees are not working 50-80 hours/week.
