    Pros

WGU is changing the face of higher education and it's exciting to be part of the growth. Work hours are flexible and being able to work from home is fantastic.

    Cons

Due to growth, there is a lot of change. You have to be able to cope with constant change and a fast paced environment

I have been working at Western Governors University part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible schedule and they trust us to get the job done! It is refreshing to be treated like a professional.

    Cons

As a part time temp I often feel like the red-haired step child.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

We are expected to use our own phones and computers while other employees get them supplied as a benefit (and resource for the job responsibility).
