    Too Much Tenure = Stagnation

    Pros: Great benefits and that's about it. Cons: Excessive tenure on the team results in entitlement, stagnation, and favoritism.     Pros: Many health/dental/vision benefit options. Health insurance costs $300/mo for a… Cons: Very production oriented for $10-12/hr. Basically your benefit options will eat up your paycheck.
