    Pros

Global experience that allows you to gain it if you know how to manipulate the system. Helping people all over the world eat every day.

    Cons

Management, management, management. Ever since Christina handed over the reigns and the new guy cleaned house with the executive team the company is not the same

    Advice to Management

Change today or you will loose tomorrow. When will you wake up and realize you are bleeding good people thAt leave on a daily basis because of you.

  2. Used to be a great place to work but no more since all jobs are outsourced to other countries.

    Pros

    Great pay, work/life balance, benefits.

    Cons

Only concerned with the bottom-line, upper management has no clue about what employees are going through. Employees dedicated years with the company and what do they get in return.....LAID OFF and put in the unemployment line while their jobs are given to another country.

    Advice to Management

Really get to know your employees, appreciate them for all their years of knowledge. Actually treat them with respect and dignity, don't just use that as the latest catch phrase.
