Pros

Enjoy the people I work with.

Cons

Pay is below market value. Benefits that used to be above market (which made up for the pay) are now at market are below.
Moving more and more of the company out of the US to "cheaper" locations.

    Pros

It's a global company with a trusted, 160 year old brand which commands a lot of attention. There are terrific people who work very hard everyday and it is a fabulous way to work with people of every nation, race and creed. There is a sense of teamwork.

    Cons

IT infrastructure is like a dinosaur. Focus is only on the core business which has been in decline, so company is in denial and won't take risks to escape into a new horizon. It takes forever to launch new products.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop bowing to the monitor or we will never bounce back. Embrace new products with serious funding. Scrap the IT and start over--it is the weakest link!

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Smart, friendly people passionate about the company's purpose
    Career growth opportunities
The industry is challenging and is continuing to evolve
    Very collaborative environment

    Cons

Sometimes the collaborative environment (a true strength) elongates the decision-making process
It is important to be in the corporate headquarters to advance your career to the fullest (not atypical of other big companies though)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you are doing -- it will pay off if you stay the course.
