    Pros

Opportunities to move in the company, if you look for it yourself. Comp and benefits acceptable, high integrity coworkers.

    Cons

The company is regularly changing direction, does not show commitment or ability to succeed in any new products outside of core MT. Career management support is minimal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ease the way for innovation, create a vision for the company that is beyond where the company is today and show progress toward it.

Overall all a nice place to work.

Big corporation culture, cost-cutting oriented employee benefit

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Western Union has expanded too fast in too many regions in the past years. The organization structure become more and more cumbersome. WU should either slow down the pace to expand or provide more freedome to the newly acquired small companies instead of sending different groups of people from the headquater to different areas not knowing what and how they can help the business.
