Consentry level as presented to seasoned reps as not being so.

Advice to Senior Managementpay more generously for contracts, help out more consistently

    It's a nightmare stuck in the 1950's

    Pros: If you can stomach it, you get a free lunch… Cons: Boy's club, forced to wear professional dress even though there is no contact with customers, fashion police watch to see if you're wearing inappropriate garb,… Advice to Senior Management: Get a grip, quit wasting your time being fashion police, come out of your cubicle when there is an issue that requires your attention. … No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

    Pros: free lunch is great, subsidized parking, health benefits ok, pay is decent if you negotiate coming in well. you can move up in the office… Cons: very conservative, hierarchical organization. top down decision making. thinking outside the box or challenging managers gets you fired… Advice to Senior Management: strip down some decision making, get some churn in management so people can… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
