Great Starting Place for Insurance

Sales Representative (Former Employee)
Lynchburg, VA

ProsStarting salary was enough to get you up and started, Awesome managers, Great starting place for life insurance work

ConsComing in to the office to make mandatory calls and all the meetings took away from time in the field to actually service and create relationships with clients

Advice to Senior ManagementCut down on some of the unnecessary "Mandatory" requirements brought in by Quantum Leap.
