Customer Service (Former Employee) Canton, OH

I worked at Westfield part-time for more than 8 years

Pros: Part-time positons, they are good about letting you switch shifts.… Cons: Part-time employees are NOT valued at all !! No vacation time, no holiday pay (which YOU always have to work), no bonus, no time… Advice to Senior Management: You should value and reward people based on job performance… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More

Many… Cons: Over the years, the company has had many terminations of employees but… Advice to Senior Management: Support employees with training and career advancement.
