if you have talent for sales you will make money, the sales training is World top quality perhaps the best there is,,also by been the best you will get respect from everyone including the Directors,managers and owners

Cons

You work as an independent contractors so don't expect any kind of benefits like paid vacation ,or medical insurance or stuff like that you are pretty much on your own

Advice to Senior Management

some of the managers that they been there too long don't listen to the best sales persons when they make mistakes
