Current Employee – been working at Westinghouse full-time for more than a year
Pros – Good pay and work life balance. Exciting opportunities for hard workers
Cons – very top heavy and a lot of red tape paper work and processes
Advice to Senior Management – scale back on all the VP and Directors.
