Flexible and friendly

Drafter (Current Employee)
Cranberry, PA

ProsThe pay seems to be high for this area. The flex time is a life saver to both parents with school children and young professionals that don't want to wake up at 6 am every morning. They have a ton of in house training that can really help you learn more about the field we work in along with building your resume. It is also a great location, not being down town and all.

ConsSometimes the work become monotonous. Most people I know that leave, which isn't many, leave because they are bored.

Advice to Senior ManagementWatch for lower management favoritism. I know it is everywhere, but there really are not to many issues.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros: The pay was good and the benefits were in line… Cons: - It is not about what you do, but who you know - Lay offs are coming - cost reduction efforts started after the Japanese disaster… Advice to Senior Management: Cut out all those layers of Directors, VP and managers...way too many chiefs. Pay attention to… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
